Kirsten manages and drives the financial activities for Enspec and her role covers all aspects of accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis to ensure the key stakeholders are informed with accurate, reliable and timely information.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Kirsten has introduced a range of new software systems across Finance, Accounting and Data Analytics in order to improve and streamline operational processes. The Finance department now functions as a dependable and integral part of the business, fully supporting the current operations and future growth plans for Enspec.

Kirsten believes that to meet the increased level of market demand for renewable energy, Enspec must operate at its optimal level and align itself with a rapidly-evolving industry. An industry that is constantly working towards developing smarter techniques and technology to generate clean electricity.

Kirsten is AAT and CIMA qualified as an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
