Job Title: Digital Brand Specialist, Full Time.

Starting Salary £28,000 +  (based on experience).

Location: Manchester, UK

 

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated digital brand specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the senior marketing lead to enhance the personal brands of our senior leadership team and maintain a consistent company brand presence across social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, a passion for social media, and a strong understanding of branding in a B2B environment.

 

Responsibilities

Personal Brand Support

  • Assist in executing personal branding strategies for the senior leadership team.
  • Help manage personal social media profiles, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders to gather insights and ideas for content creation.

 

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish content across the company’s social media platforms, focusing on LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media activity and engage with followers to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative ways to improve brand presence.

Content Creation

  • Assist in creating engaging content for LinkedIn, including posts, updates, and basic graphics using Canva.
  • Help develop case studies, newsletters, and internal branding materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency and quality in content creation.

Brand Maintenance

  • Ensure all content and communication align with the company’s brand voice and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that enhance the company’s visual identity.

Performance Tracking

  • Assist in preparing monthly reports on social media performance, including key metrics and trends.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on performance data.

Qualifications and Preferences

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field (internships considered).
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A keen interest in marketing and a drive to develop new skills
