Job Title: Digital Brand Manager, Full Time.

Starting Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum (based on experience).

Location: Manchester, UK

Reports to: CEO

Enspec is seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Brand Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing the personal brands of our senior leadership team and brand social channels, enhancing our social media presence, and strengthening our company branding. The ideal candidate will come from a B2B background and possess a wealth of creative, proactive ideas. Responsibilities

Personal Brand Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive personal branding strategies for the senior leadership team.
  • Manage and curate personal social media profiles, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand and messaging.
  • Create engaging and thought-provoking content for senior leadership to post across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders to capture their insights and experiences for content creation.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage content for the company’s social media platforms, focusing on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Create and implement social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to optimise content performance and engagement.
  • Engaging with relevant people and brands in order to support audience development and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and incorporate best practices into the company’s strategy.

Company Branding

  • Develop and maintain the company’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all marketing materials and content align with the brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to understand the brand perception and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in creating and updating marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s public image and increase media coverage.

Content Creation

  • Develop engaging and informative content for LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and updates.
  • Assist in creating case studies, industry updates, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate with the CEO and Senior Technical leaders to ensure consistency and quality in content creation.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.

Monthly Reporting

  • Create monthly reports, identifying what went well and what didn’t, analysing trends impacting performance, and forecasting expected trends for the upcoming month.
