Her focus is on ensuring marketing supports business direction, not just visibility. She works closely with engineers, leadership and commercial teams to strengthen how Enspec goes to market and to better connect technical delivery with commercial outcomes.

Eira leads marketing strategy and planning, with an emphasis on performance, structure and long-term robustness. Her work covers strategy, process, brand, and campaigns, with a clear focus on supporting growth, strengthening market presence and enabling new services.
