Two members of Enspec Power’s finance team have been shortlisted for the 2026 Finance Awards North West, in recognition of their contribution to the business and the evolving role of finance within the organisation.
Head of Finance Toma Zareckaite has been shortlisted in the Financial Controller of the Year category, following her arrival at Enspec in 2025. Since joining, Toma has introduced greater structure and visibility across the finance function, with a focus on embedding financial insight more closely within day-to-day and strategic decision-making. Her approach has strengthened the connection between finance and the wider business, fostering a more informed and commercially aware operating environment.
Katie Woodford has been recognised in the Finance Team Player of the Year category. Over the past year, Katie has taken on increased responsibility within the team, contributing to the consistency and reliability of core financial processes. Her collaborative working style and progression have supported operational delivery and the development of a cohesive team dynamic.
The shortlisting reflects the growing influence of Enspec Power’s finance function as the business develops, with financial discipline and insight playing an increasingly central role in supporting its direction.
Enspec CEO Mara Rastall says, “Recognition like this reflects the strength of our finance function and the role it plays across the business. Toma and Katie both bring a clear sense of ownership to what they do, alongside a collaborative approach that supports those around them. It’s good to see that contribution recognised externally.”
Winners of the 2026 Finance Awards North West will be announced on 4th June 2026.
