Office Administrator
As Enspec’s Office Administrator, Katie occupies a range of different roles throughout the business. These cover organising travel and accommodation through to a number of financial responsibilities, including processing invoices, reconciling bank accounts, credit control and dealing with any inbound enquiries.
With the ability to adapt to her duties on a daily basis, Katie also supports Enspec’s HR and helps with all aspects of candidate recruitment, employee onboarding and probation reviews. And as Enspec enters a new and exciting chapter of growth and expansion, Katie is actively working alongside the Leadership Team in order to support and strengthen the internal comms across the business.
New to the industry, Katie is already fascinated by the opportunities within the sector and how Enspec’s products and services are having such a positive impact on helping businesses save money and understand the next generation of electrical efficiencies.
Katie is currently progressing her HR qualifications by undertaking a CIPD Level 5.
