As the importance of power quality continues to grow and our team and operations expand, we are seeking a creative, ambitious, and goal-oriented individual to breathe life into Enspec’s Marketing Strategy. This role requires someone with a passion for learning and the ability to effectively communicate technical subjects tailored to different customer profiles.
Enspec is not your typical B2B enterprise; we are an exciting organisation dedicated to translating technical expertise into impactful solutions and innovations. As our Marketing Manager undertakes maternity leave, we are looking for a motivated individual to lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels, maximising Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice. The aim is to attract new customers, enhance retention, and provide valuable insights to our existing clientele.
Responsibilities
Website and Content Management
- Regularly back up and update the Enspec WordPress website.
- Assist in creating case studies, industry updates, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.
Campaign Execution
- Run MailChimp campaigns for employee updates, existing customers, and prospective customers. Reporting on their performance.
- Segment data lists from CRM and work with the Sales team for prospecting campaigns.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, both internal and external, working alongside the Digital Brand Manager.
- Leading the creation and execution of company projects, including Podcast creation and Webinars with our Technical Team.
Marketing Planning and Coordination
- Assist in the creation of a monthly marketing plan with the support of the CEO, Digital Brand Manager, and Senior Technical leaders.
- Assist with market research and update marketing strategies for all services, industries, and geographical locations.
- Ensure campaign consistency with internal and outsourced marketing activity.
- Manage external suppliers, deadlines, and milestones for foundational and campaign creation.
- Write detailed briefs with the support of the CEO for suppliers.
- Ensure budgets are agreed upon and POs are pulled from the system before supplier work begins.
Exhibition and Event Management
- Manage logistics for exhibitions, including event planning, on-stand material, and digital marketing.
- Identify the best events to exhibit and build relationships with event professionals to secure speaking opportunities for technical and senior team members.
- Take photos at team events and parties, with opportunities to visit staff on-site for on-the-job photos and attend international supplier training courses.
Marketing Collateral and Communication
- Create creative content, including website headers, email graphics, and social media graphics, adhering to brand guidelines using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
- Assist the technical team with copywriting for case studies and work with key figures to create impactful thought-leadership pieces, being the key person who leads the completion of these large format pieces of content.
- Maintain an organised plan of marketing collateral and ensure timely delivery to project and sales teams.
- Help identify and write award submissions for various entries, including company, specific projects, and individual team members.
Monthly Reporting
- Create monthly reports evaluating the performance of the previous month, identifying what went well and what didn’t, analysing trends impacting performance, and forecasting expected trends for the upcoming month
Qualifications and Preferences
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in managing multiple marketing channels, suppliers, and deadlines, including digital, print, and in-person.
- Aptitude for technical copywriting.
- Proficiency with content creation platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Email marketing experience with A/B testing and reporting.
- Experience with CMS and CRM systems, including MailChimp and WordPress.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for learning and progressing.
- Detail-oriented with excellent people skills.
- Interest in global activities and sustainability.
- Occasional travel may be required for exhibitions, conferences, supplier training courses, or company events.
- Right to work in the UK.
