Since joining Enspec Power in early 2024, Kelly Moylan has become a central part of how the business operates day-to-day. Starting as Executive Assistant and now Head of Business Excellence, her role has grown alongside the company, with a focus on making things work better for both people and the wider business.<\/p>\n
Working closely with the senior leadership team, Kelly brings clarity and coordination to a fast-moving environment. She continues to support the Chief Technical Officer, Tim Rastall, and Chief Executive Officer, Mara Rastall, while also shaping how teams connect, how information flows and how priorities are delivered across the organisation.<\/p>\n
Her background in executive support gives her a strong grasp of the detail, but it is her instinct for improvement that defines her current role. Whether keeping a handle on financial processes, maintaining visibility of sales activity or managing practical elements, Kelly looks for ways to simplify, align and keep things moving.<\/p>\n
She is naturally curious about the industry she is part of, with a growing interest in grid code compliance, and takes a practical approach to building her understanding in a way that supports the business.<\/p>\n
